My iPod touch would not load ANYTHING!? HELP Please!?

Okay, so my ipod touch is a 3.2.1 version. And when i touch youtube that wont load , When i touch any other kind of app that wont load . It just stays the same, it'll say "Loading" and it wont load!!
And i cant get on my itunes account on the computer, So what do i do?! i tried turning it on & off lots of times. Nothing Works! ): Help?!

Make sure all connections to the Internet are properly set up. If they already are, then turn your iPod and router off. If this does not fix it, then restore your iPod as new using iTunes (You are going to have to do this; try to get another computer and install iTunes). This will almost ALWAYS solve any problem, including yours. If your problem STILL doesn't work, then take it to an Apple Store so they can take a look at it. Hope I helped!

once you plug on your ipod, on the itunes side bar it has possibilities like music or video clips and stuff there's a call that would have the call of your ipod next to it click on the and push the restoration button it is going to erase each little thing on your ipod yet you could purely re-sync it on your laptop. doing this your ipod would be fastened and restored
