How do you move the mp3 you just "shared" from limewire to itunes to put them on your ipod?

I just made a "Owner's Limewire" folder in on my itunes program...but now the songs I just "shared"are in just a playlist format & I have my ipod connected but can't figure out how to transfer them from that folder to my ipod.....

you restore down both itunes and limewire than you drag the songs from limewire and place it in your library or your ipod.

You can just drag and drop songs from iTunes to your iPod.
