I really wanna play VLC videos on my iPod touch but i cant drag them into itunes!!!
ITS SOO FUSTRATING
i asked my friend how she did it and she said that i had to download this app.
i looked up vlc in the apple store and downloaded this thing called VLC Streamer Free
and i still cant drag my movies into iTunes
What should i do??
Oh and my movie files are AVI files

NO, there is not an app for that...only 3rd party software $$$$$

VLC is not a format its the player. VLC plays many video formats like mp4, avi, mpeg, etc. There was an official app a while back but it has since been taken down from the iTunes Store. Your other option to get it would be to jailbreak & download it from its new home in Cydia.
