I updated to the iOS5 not long ago. Ever since I did that, I'm having all sorts of problems. Whenever my iPod is plugged in and on itunes, everything seems to be alright, until I look at my iPod. All of my music album covers are all mixed up! (example: All of my Now that's what i call music albums, have the cover album of taylor swift) And a lot of my songs have duplicates on my ipod. But when I look on my itunes from the computer, everything seems to be alright. What should I do?? And it won't let me restore my ipod either. it says "server can not be contacted" but I'm able to get on the store!

(NOT SURE IF U CAN TAKE IT OUT OF RECOVERY MODE IF U DECIDE NOT TO RESTORE!)

need to put it in recovery mode:

hold the home button and the lock button at the top.

when the apple logo comes up let go of the lock button. but KEEP holding the home button.

a usb cord and an itunes logo will come up(itunes at the top, cord coming from the bottom to just below the itunes logo).

plug it into itunes. it will say something like," Itunes has found a device/ipod in recovery mode." this will be probably the only way you will be able to restore the ipod. if u decide to NOT have it restored, restart the ipod, hold the home button and lock button til the screen turns off. let go of BOTH buttons. it "should" restart without a problem and return to the lock screen. i've tried it once to try recovery mode, see what it looks like. it returned to the home screen when i tried it , if remember correctly. hope this helps and enjoy the cool pull down notification tab at the top of the screen!=D only thing i've noticed about iOS5 xD

I am truly sorry i could not be a greater help. i do not specialize in this department and i would not only go on my word.

Everything you've got going on seems perfectly normal for a Ipod, seeing that its Apple >.> lol

But really, if you do not like what is going on you can do a force reset, back to how it came in the box, no songs, no pics, no nothing, though they will still be in Itunes library, simply plug it into itunes, and go to where it shows your usage, and click on "factory restore" or "factory reset" something along those lines, cause all you have listed is natural reports from ios5. Good luck!

The best thing to do is to wipe your iPod clean Settings-General-Reset-Erase all content and settings then sync your iPod with iTunes.
