If the blank disk is a CD-R, then you can't burn more music onto it.
The CD-R is a read only, you cannot delete or add any files on it once you burn songs.
You will need a CD-RW to rewrite or add music onto the disk.
This a is rewritable disc and you can delete files.

I don't think can burn any more songs on to the same CD. The only way you can do that is to use a CD rewritable but you would have to erase everything on the CD-RW and then burn it all again.
I think Hello's answer is more correct.
Edit: I only have Windows Media Player 10 so I dunno if it's different from 11 but in WMP 10 you insert the CD and click on the Burns tab. There is 4 icon things at the top right and the one that looks like pencil the one on the right at the end click that and it will erase whats on the disc.

once burnt you cant return to that cd unless you have used cdrw in the first place ... cdrw costs about a quid a disc but you can copy over it again and again and keep tracks on it and still add .... try this next time and you wont f up again x

merely put in a clean CD and something might desire to arise that asks what you prefer to do and click on burn with abode windows and merely drag the songs in there and merely hit burn yet why dont you purely use itunes? its far greater effective besides.
