My mother wants an MP3 player, but she's not very technically literate at all, and doesn't even have a computer.

I want to get her something SIMPLE that she can just plug into her car stereo. Something under 2 GB would be fine, as long as it's simple enough that she can turn it on, push a button or two, and have it play music that I put on for her, preferably Shuffle mode. The fewer buttons the better. I don't want phone calls every day telling me she messed something up. All the ones I've ever used would be too complicated for her... too many steps to navigate through the menu just to get it to play music.

It won't be a gift, so it's ok if you name something older that I might find used on Ebay. My main concern is that it's simple to use.

Get her a 4th or 5th generation ipod shuffle. Theres only 5 buttons (play/pause, next song, previous song, higher volume, lower volume). Theres not even a screen, you just plug it in and it starts playing one of your songs. The biggest one is 8gb's, which is about 2000 songs, and it comes in like 20 different colors. The only down side is that you cant choose what song you want, you just have to wait for it to play; they always play in random order. But its simple and a monkey could probably use it.

Good luck man

a team of persons have been given at the same time to compress shifting photos and audio - so whilst they made a movie it must be sent international in an on the spot - fairly than messing around with movie. the gang replaced into The action image professional team or MPEG - you will see many distinctive MPEG video documents. it fairly is rather like sending a image of a newsreader and then instead of save sending photos - only deliver the archives that has replaced (his lips pass). The audio (sound) replaced into additionally compressed and could be stored on a problematical disk force in a Ipod or in Flash memory that different gamers and recorders use. it fairly is named MP3 The MP stands for action image (no longer media participant). How is it compressed? it fairly is complicated besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is rather like turning off microphones whilst the singer pauses or the drummer stops drumming and that variety of element. it fairly is a elementary interpretation! yet fairly in case you purchase a classic CD you get 12 tracks or songs on it. Burn MP3 documents directly to a CD and additionally you get around two hundred and that they're going to play on your DVD participant in many cases.
