I'm trying to delete music off my ipod. And i did. But it still shows the song on there, just in gray, and i can't play it. I've tried deleting it, but it will only let me delete the songs in black (not deleted). How do i get the gray songs to go away so that it doesn't show them on my ipod? Pleaase. It's really frustrating trying to get them to go away.

What you will be able to desire to do is - Open iTunes, then perfect-click on any song you desire to delete, and interior the drop down menu, pick 'do away with from libray' or something such as that... then plug on your ipod, and sync. Have a extreme-high quality day :) x

Just try to delete them on itunes by right clicking on them and the pressing delete. Maybe if you delete them from your recycling bin on the desktop it will work... :) or on your iPod if the songs are on a playlist remove them from the playlist before you delete them.

Hope I helped :)

Do you have manually manage music and videos checked off at the menu?
