I had a small 528Mb Sansa before getting an iPod video, and never had a problem with it. I was so dissapointed with iPod, I took it back and almost went with the Sansa e280, but opted for the Zune for more storage. I think Sandisk makes excellent players and works with Windows Media Player and Urge.com (14-day free trial at http://www.urge.com )
Hope that helps...

I have a Sandisk Sansa e250 player and I would suggest going with that one. I have had a few problems with it, but all could be fixed and were my fault. Don't waste your money on an iPod. I almost bought one and I'm glad I didn't. After much research I realized they brake quickly.
