Can I sync my music from my IPod onto a blank itunes?

I just got a new computer and it deleted all of my music off of Itunes. I still have all the music on my ipod & want to get it all back on to my itunes and not have to get it off frostwire or buy them on itunes. is there a way i can sync all the music on my ipod onto itunes again?
