It won't be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.

It automatically transfers your iPod and iPhone music, video, playlist, photos to computer and iTunes. Backup all your music and video in a couple of clicks. Really makes music and videos sharing pretty simple and enjoyable. Wish this can help and good luck.

I think its step by step guide is most helpful.

definite, and fortuitously Apple made this undemanding. All you should do is sync your iPod touch with the recent iTunes library, even no count if that's empty. A message will look once you click the "sync" button which will study some thing like "iTunes has got here upon songs on your iPod that are actually not present day interior the iTunes library. could you opt to import the songs into the iTunes library?". Say "definite", and each little thing is dealt with. this is largely the comparable theory as once you purchase a music off your iPod and sync it with iTunes - iTunes will import the music you acquire into the library. purely this time that's with 1000's of songs, besides the fact that it nonetheless works the comparable way. And one greater subject - your iPod can purely be synced with one library at a time. this means which you will likely get a message stating what I basically suggested, and it provide you with 3 recommendations - "erase and sync", "sync and flow", and "cancel". pick "sync and flow". that's now your new iTunes library and it could have all your previous songs, movies, and pictures.

Itunes won't let you transfer music off your ipod... it's a douchebag that way.

You need another program to do it. I use this:

Here's another one
