Question:
What is a good 2-Gb MP3 player w/ AC adapter for use as a continuous "music on hold" player?

We have an input jack on our phone that allows you to play music on hold from any device with a headphone out jack. Right now we just use a CD player, but it gets really hot and isn't practical to play 24/7. So we thought of using a 2-Gb Mp3 player instead, plugged into an AC jack (NOT batteries!).

Not an iPod... we want to get a simple MP3 player under or around $50 MAX, and 2-Gb of memory is plenty (one or 2 CD's worth of songs is enough).

So, does anyone know of any good MP3 players, currently available for sale (links please?), that:
- sell for under or around $50
- include about 2-Gb of storage for MP3's
- includes or has available input for an AC wall adapter
- has an earphone out jack (I imagine it would)

Ideally, something you own and have experience with, and it's reliable.

Thanks!

Get Voice Over Ip; It's much cheaper than analog lines, has better voice quality, and most business VoIP companies have numerous features included, and "music on hold" and "messaging-on-hold" are standard across the industry.
