iPod touch isn't working. Again. Big surprise.?

So frankly, I don't know what the **** is wrong with this thing. I can't get on the Apple website for some reason (hmm, it seems like that's the ONLY website I can't access (dead serious)) and this is what's up.
I think it has delayed button response time, or it's confusing the sleep/wake and home buttons, or it's stuck, or some **** like that because the brightness is flickering, it keeps shutting down and rebooting on its own, it's sleeping and waking on its own, sometimes when I press the sleep/wake button it flashes like it's taking a screenshot, sometimes it does that for the home button. On top of all this, it seems like most of the right half of the touch screen isn't working. I haven't done **** to it, I'll tell you that right off. If you must know, it was fine, I ate spaghetti, came back, and it was doing this crap. I'm extremely pissed off. Don't tell me what I did or give me useless advice. It'll be marked as spam and you will be reported. And I already tried holding down the home and sleep/wake button down and that didn't work. It seemed to reboot it, but it got frozen on the Apple logo for a few minutes and then resumed acting up. And also don't tell me to go to Apple. If I do, I'm going to assault Apple's president with it and storm out.
One more thing. I've also tried plugging it into my computer to connect with iTunes, and I got this error message : "iTunes could not connect to the iPod "[my iPod name]" because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your password on the iPod before it can be used with iTunes." The reason this is useless is because since the right half of the touch screen doesn't work, I can't slide the slider to unlock the damn thing.

Water Damage. Mine did the same thing. DO NOT send it back to Apple because their waranty does not cover water damage. Pop the back off it, break it, or something. Then send it back. Or put the iPod in a clear container and surround it with rice, The rice trys to soak out the water.
