how to put my music from ipod back on my computer?

Question

okay so somehow my computer got a virus and my friend fixed it except that all my music got deleted and some programs like limewire also deleted
so now i know if i connect my ipod to the computer its gonna say it gotta synce my ipod blah blah and i was wondering if theres a way i can put ALL my music back on the computer without deleting them
can someone help me
also my friend said don't use limewire cause he thinks i can get viruses from it
so can someobody also tell me a good FREE website where i can download FREE music also?

i had the same thing happen to my comp... my friend found a website called senuti (iTunes backwards) and it lets you copy all of the songs from your ipod back onto your computer... i have only found it working for macs (thank god my friend had one) and that worked, just took a while to transfer the files from her comp back to mine...

in simple terms solid poilicy, something that's contaminated, you do not pass documents to a minimum of something that's sparkling,. Bit like an STD particularly. to scrub your computer, acquire an outbreak Scanner, I reccomend AVG or Avira. Run scans, delete viruses, Run test back, Delete any remanent viruses. Then, sync your ipod. observe, any contaminated media documents would be deleted.

www.mininova.org is a great site with free music and movies. You have to download a torrent program first, I suggest www.utorrent.com it's a free program and easy to use. Just install Utorrent go to mininova.org and search for the song then click and download, it will automatically open utorrent and download the song.

use a program called senuti (google it)

LOL (its itunes backwards...)

but the program was certified by apple and so it links in with itunes
