i got a new computer which is a mac. I need to copy my songs from my ipod to itunes for free. I looked at many things on the internet and you need to pay for most of them. Also, i only have 100 songs and im not going to pay 20 dollars for that. Any ideas how to copy my songs from my ipod touch to my mac for free? :D It would really help!

There is a program called Sharepod (google it) that is completely free as a full version. I am not sure if it works with macs however. another way to do it is, if you have a click-wheel iPod (not a touch or phone) then you can go under tools and allow hidden folders to be seen. Then select the whole Music drive, copy it, and paste it onto your computer. Then stick them into iTunes. To get the correct tags, check the "Keep iTunes Folder Organized" box under options>advanced.

alright well i also had an ipod with my library on a pc then i switched to a mac....this really isnt difficult and there is no cost...all you have to do is plug ur ipod into your computer and it will ask a few questions and it should automatically move it.
