need help with cydia in my ipod touch?

Question

im trying to play pokemon on my ipod touch p so i looked up a video tutorial on youtube.
i watched it carfully so i dont f u ck up my ipod.as im doing it i add the two sources http://cydia.xsellize.com/ and http://apt.123locker.com/.
i found the gba app in the xsellize sections and the "P" gba games in search but in the video it didnt tell me about the bios and i had no idea about them and so i watched a different video and it said i had to get the GBA BIOS file but i dident see them and i downloaded the pokemon roms package so i could play emerald none of them worked onlye pokemon chaos black and mystery dungeon worked
what should i do should i unjailbreak it (if so then how) or should i reset cydia or anything that can fix my problem (when i try to remove or download anything it either pops this thing that says trying to overwrite or this http error plz tell me what to do i am really bored and pissed and playing pokemon helps me out a bit

Oh right. Well the xsellize source is a very good for almost everything, but the GameBoy Advance emulator is an exception. You want the gpSPhone (GBA Emulator) that is up to date with the paid version, and includes the BIOS. That would be from this source:

And I download my roms from doperoms with my safari on my iPod, thanks to Safari Download Manager and then i use iFile to put it in the /var /mobile /media /ROMS /GBA / folder

alright my cousin seriously had the same problem and he reset cydia but DONT do that yet cuz my not sure exactly what he really did. all i kno is that it worked but dont take my word for it....ill take the blame tho if it somehow ur touch like explodes or something but yah:) btw love killswitch and pokemon
