When is the iPod touch third generation coming out, and what features will it have over the second generation?

I know this question has been asked 1001 times, but the unanimous notion for every answer is that it's release is scheduled for early September. And guess what, it's September 1!
So, since we're much closer to the proposed release date, is there any new information? I'm saving up for an iPod touch, but I don't want to buy a second generation if a third generation with all these cooler features is going to be released in just a week or two.

iPod touch 3G is coming September 9th. It is speculated to have a camera, mic, oleophobic screen (anti smudge), better bluetooth, same processor as the iPhone 3GS, and a better graphics card.

i think it will have a nice camera better speakers and more mem. i hope it has an option that u can pay $25 a month for internet and only internet like a chip for a laptop
