How about Media Monkey or Foobar? This website lists the following programs: Amarok, Banshee, Clementine, Gtkpod, Irip, JRiver Media Center, Rythmbox, Senuti, Mediachest, Winamp Native, Xplay.



Can anyone vouch for any one of these?

That doesn't mean that I favour iTunes.....

in fact, I don't like it at all, but I do use it occasionally.

Unfortunately, Apple devices can only use iTunes.
