how do i delete a loading app on the iphone?

i downloaded a couple of free apps on my iphone. then i downloaded rockband which in $6.99.
and it just started loading and the password thing didnt pop up because i downloaded a couple of apps before. but i actually meant to download rockband on another account (i downloaded it before).
i quickly turned off my iphone and restarted it, so it would pause loading.
now i cant delete the loading rockband app. and i dont know if i "bought" it yet, because its not loaded yet.

how can i delete the loading rockband app and not get charged? or did i already "buy" it?!

You can't delete it you have to let it load if you want to delete it. You've already bought it.

I observe it taking position when I have more advantageous than 6 video games going. I delete one and then it type of feels to paintings. also, I merely finally end up restarting my iPod to get the "loading" to flow off. i desire for a patch quickly. I hate deleting my video games!

You already bought it. The iPod will not let you delete it until it is fully loaded.
