You can't burn CD's online. If you have Windows XP or Vista, it has native CD burning support. If you want to burn music to CD's, you can use Windows Media Player which should come with your computer.

Where are the songs now? On your HD? Online?
You can record streaming audio using free programs like audacity.
If you are burning classic audio cd's (CDA), you can use WMP or realplayer to burn the MP3's into the right format.
If you are burning an MP3 CD, you can just use windows to copy the files to a blank CDR and finalize.

The burning software I like the most is Ashampoo Burning. It's 100% free and can be downloaded here: http://j.mp/1lAUPPa
A burning software is a tool that you need to create new CDs and DVDs. To make them working properly you need to burn them with a good software. Ashampoo is a very modern and reliable software that I recommend. It has plenty of other functions (e.g. you can edit videos and create DVD menus)
