You can use BonkEnc to rip CD tracks to MP3. It's a free and open source audio converter and CD ripper.

MP3 is its default output format so you do not need to fiddle with the configuration options but can start right away.
However, it has a lot of automation options so if you take a look at the config dialog, you can set it to start ripping your CDs automatically when you insert them.

There are a lots of Softwares available to convert your CD Audio to MP3 format. One of the softwares is Free Rip MP3 ripper to rip Audio CDs. You can download the same from the following location:-
http://www.freerip.com/
Another Software you can use and is with almost everyone on his/her PC is Windows Media Player. The process of ripping the Audio CDs using Windows Media Player is explained on the link below:-
You have to have a program on your computer that "rips" the CD files into MP3 Files. But if you have a newer computer Windows Media Player has a program that will do that. It just asks you if you want to copy it to your hard drive. By doing that, it will convert your files to MP3s. Roxio also has a good program if you want to spend the money for it (http://www.roxio.com). There also may be cheaper ones to download. Just search "CD Ripper"

No need of converting you should rip the cd by cd ripping software
after the rip process u will get the mp3 file or wma file
if it is a wma file you should use converter to convert it
