ok one day i got new head phones for my ipod i turned my ipod on then my screen went blank ever since when i turn it on it says connect to Itunes to restore i tried doing that but idoesn'tnt work what do u think i should do?

i don't think its because of ur new headphones.



if u connected ur iPod and ejected it and it still doesn't work, try resetitng ur iPod by switching that toggle key on and off on and off until its stayed on the ON then hold the MENU + MIDDLE button for 15 seconds.



the APPLE logo should appear and ur iPod is reset! i think ur iPod's just frozen..

I tryed everything but nothing worked

so I took it back to the apple store and they gave me a new one

it was still under warranty
