Can't burn CD with iTunes..Ran Diagnostic test?

Hello everyone,

I'm growing hopeless...can't figure out why my iTunes won't let me burn cds anymore...
I reinstalled iTunes several times (with the new version of course and no luck)

here is what the diagnostics test states and please IF ANYONE knows why and what to do, inform me:

Current user is not an administrator.
The current local date and time is 2009-06-25 22:42:44.
iTunes is not running in safe mode.

Video Display Information

NVIDIA, NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M


**** External Plug-ins Information ****

No external plug-ins installed.

**** CD/DVD Drive Tests ****

No drivers in LowerFilters.
No drivers in UpperFilters.
Failed loading CD / DVD drives, error -43. Try doing a repair install on iTunes from the “Add or Remove Programs” control panel.

The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4450(0x00001162). It happened on drive E: TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-L632D on CDR media at speed 20X.

This seems to be a big problem with itunes, because I have seen MANY questions on this same problem. Here is what may help.



-Try slowing the speed your burning at, Go to edit>preferences>advanced tab>burn sub tab and slow it from "Max" to about 8x or 4x.







-You may want to try using a different brand of blank CDs.



-Might want to try upgrading your burner.



-Might be itunes.

maybe you need to update the drivers for your computers cd drive
