Im having iPod Touch Problems with iPod Copy Expert! PLEASE HELP!!?

Ok,

I recently cleaned out my computer and iTunes got deleted. Now if i sync my iPod its going to delete all my songs and movies.

People have been telling me to use a program called iPod Copy Expert. That it copys all your files onto your computer.

I downloaded the program. But when i go on it i says "no ipod found. please connect your ipod and try again".

I do as it says and it still doesnt work.

Does anybody know whats wrong????
Is the iPod Touch NOT capable with that proram??

If so, what program is?

Well what I would do it install iTunes. After you've done that then plug your iPod in. When you get that pop up thing that give you 3 choices *Sync and Erase, Cancel, Transfer Purchases* just click on Cancel. Then make sure that your iPod is enable Disk Use. Then try again. iPod Copy Expert now should work.
