can I get my ipod to sync the songs back to itunes?

Question

The thing is I use to use my brothers computer, therefor his itunes to sync my ipod and listen to the music whilst on the computer but is there any way I can get my ipod to copy the music files back onto my computer as I would like to listen to music outloud or would that delete all the songs off my ipod so I end up losing them

First off, I always make sure auto-synching is turned off. I like to manually synch my ipod/macbook.



Secondly, do you and your brother share an iTunes account?

One iTunes account can have more than one computer authorized on it.

You won't be able to play songs authorized on one computer/itunes account on a computer that is not authorized for the same account.



Lastly, you can use a third-party software as mentioned in the other answers.

I have used Senuti with great success.

yes you can but you need to hack your computer which i don't recommend



search it on Google and there are loads but some of them are cons and will just upload a virus on to your computer thats why i don't recommend it
