i think ive heard of a program that can apply themes......but im not sure. if anyone knows the program then can u tell me?? thanks :)

As for adding themes, nope. You have to jailbreak in order to change themes as Apple doesn't want apps changing system files (which is what is necessary). You use Summerboard (1.1.1 to 1.1.5 firmwares), Winterboard (2.0 to 2.1 firmwares) or Customize (all firmwares, but not working well in the 2.x firmwares). You can get AppStore apps, but as for themes or other system things, you'll have to jailbreak.

uhh im uncertain approximately wifi being mandatory yet u can set up winscp and bypass to root library and subjects i think of of yet at the same time because it says can not connect then u do want wifi sorry attempt connecting to the only ur laptop makes use of or basically bypass to a public place like a library and bypass to cydia and do like that its much less complicated
