Sometimes I just wanna transfer 1 song to my iPhone and it automatically backups my iPhone for 15 minutes, again syncs all apps for some reason and eventually it takes like half an hour just to Transfer 1 song to my iPhone. Is there way to do that without having to backup and all that sh*t?

Stop automatically backup of iTunes for your iPhone. When you connect the iPhone to computer that will only enable/disable the auto-backup if the iPhone when you plug it in via USB.

Or you can manage iPhone without iTunes but other iPhone manage software. http://www.iphonecontactsbackup.com/4meida-iphone-max.html This software is a quicker, better and smarter alternative to iTunes. 4Media iPhone Max is just the iPhone manager tool you need.

As long as you own an iPhone, you will need to do what some snot-nosed 21-year-old programmer just out of school in Cupertino will allow you to do. Live with it or get any other smart(er) phone.

Best solution is rather than dealing with various different software, give up using an iphone and move to a windows phone.
