yes you can, there's a package you can buy that includes the ipod, dock and some cables that plug into tv/stereos - ask about it when you go to the store.

Yes. Assuming your stereo is built around a traditional receiver, the output jack on the iPod can be connected to your stereo's TAPE or AUX input. What I did was get a 1/8" stereo male-to-male cable, and a 1/8" stereo jack to RCA Y-adaptor. The Y-adaptor connects to the left and right inputs on the stereo, and the 1/8" cable plugs into the adapter at one end and the iPod at the other. Good old Radio Shack or even Target or Wal-Mart will probably have both of these in their electronics sections. (In fact, since Target is selling iPods now, they may have a 1/8" male to stereo RCA adapter available already).

You want to be careful to keep the volume down a ways on the iPod, because you don't want to overload the input (and get a lot of distortion).

Yeah, u can use the iTrip, its a kind of device, more to an add on to your iPod.

U can use both the fm aves data transfer(conventional radio connection), or use a wire in a sound out plug.

If your stereo has a radio, you can buy an FM transmitter and play it on any FM station.
