Should I get a ipod Touch, or an ipod nano? help me for 10 points!?

I am going to get an ipod, but I'm not sure whether I want the ipod nano, or ipod touch! The touch is cool because well... you can touch it! but the ipod nano is smaller, (I'm short, and I like small things cuz they make me feel big) and it's also much shinier and looks cooler. Please give me the PROs and CONs for both. It'd really help me. Thanks so much!

Ipod Touch Pro's: It is like a mini computer! You can add thousands of free apps (games, quizzes, ect.) or buy some, and you can touch it! It also lets you play songs without headphones.



Ipod Touch Con's: The battery needs recharging ALL THE TIME (battery last 3-6 hours) and the Wi-Fi only works if you are at the place where you enter your Wi-Fi code.





Ipod Nano Pro's: I don't have one, but I hear that you can add lots of songs! I think you can add games.



Ipod Nano Con's: I think the battery last about as long as the touch, and it dosen't have internet. You can't play songs without headphones or a docking station.







I would choose the Touch. It's more expensive, but with AWESOME value! (2nd generation.)

well I would say to get the ipod nano 5th generation just because everyone else seems to be getting the ipod touch, so if you got the new nano, you'd probably be one of the few that have it.



The PROs of the ipod nano-



VIDEO CAMERA!( something the itouch doesn't have) the camera is a video only camera that comes with 15 fun effects excluding normal mode, including black and white, old film grain mode, sephia, terrminater cyborg mode( this one is really cool!), sephia,mirror( you can make twins with this) and some others.



FM Radio- Another thing the ipod touch doesn't have, and it comes with tagging so if you hear a song you like on the radio, you can tag it ( save it for later, and then buy it on itunes)



Voice Control- Although the 32 and 64gb itouch models come with this, the 8gb doesn't but this nano does!

If you want the everything in one ipod, then get the itouch, if you want a good quality ipod ( That not many people have the new generation of) that has features the itouch doesn't like the video camera with effects, and fm radio, then get the nano

Dont buy till January 27th.



On January 27th Apple will announce if new iPod Touch would be coming soon.



Both the devices are good I am however giving some strength:



iPod Nano: small and solid, FM Radio Tuner with live pause, Video Camera with video effects, 240x376 Resolution which is incredibly high for as tiny as 2.2" screen,available in many colors.





iPod Touch: Internet, thousands of games,loads of apps, can be used as super PDA,can be used as VoIP enabled phone, can take SCREEN SHOT, can SAVE any image from the internet, can download video,documents directly from internet.

the ipod touch is plenty greater ideal than a ipod nano yet while your staring at including slightly shade on your track existence, then get a nano because of the fact the itouch would not are available in the different shade different than a reflect like lower back. GET THE iTouch and GUITAR HERO!!!

ipod nanos rock! but mine went in the pool and broke and yea.....but then i got one of the free itouchs from that offer they used to have with the laptop. it depends on what you like mostly. get an ipod touch if you like playing games and touch screen and internet and watever else there is. OR if u like just listenin to music with lyrics and playing a few games at time to time then get the ipod nano. btw one BIG tip. Dont get lots of gb if your not gonu use em. My uncle got a 32 gb iphone...................he only uses 2gb.............i have an 8gb itouch and used all of it and i need more. sux i cant return it..:(

in my opinion ipod touches are way overated....... i would say get one of the newer ipod nanos
