Broken ipod touch lock button?

My iPod touch lock button has gotten very unreliable. It now only sometimes works. It still sounds and looks the same, but it does not always lock/unlock. Sometimes it gives me the power off option after pressing it for a second. I have only had it for a month and I don't know what to do.

Get help and support from Apple either online or by phone.

Try Restarting it on itunes like this...



• plug it to pc and make shure its off



• press the home button and off/on button (top and the one under the screen) together and don let go for about 15 sec....



• then stop pressing the top one but still the home one for about 20 sec.

itunes should pop out saying about DFU mode detected then restart

Reset ipod from the settings Menu always works.

Trty restoring. Go to itunesd and do it

If not go to apple store and demand them tpo fix it
