I was thinking of getting the iPod touch, but it's probably because i just want a high tech gadget. The larger capacity in the iPod Classic looks better.

I have crap loads of music so any suggestions would be great.

Oh! And it would have to be able to organise its files so I don't spend ages flipping through thousands of songs

If you want Ipod, I'll suggest Ipod Nano. It is quite small but when you organise the files in it, it works fluently. If you need much more capacity Nano is not good because of its maximum of 8GB. Ipod Classic on the other hand has all the way up to 150GB so if your looking for a MP3-Player with high capacity, Ipod Classic is good. And don't worry about organising the files, all the Ipods are easy to take care of. Ipod touch is high tech as you mentioned but after awhile it wont be as good as you thought because of its touch screen. After awhile the touch screen gets hard to control so you cannot listen to music directly, it takes time then. This is my opinion, hope you liked it.

And by the way Ipod Classic is much more larger than Nano, Ipod Touch is normal size.
