I've been looking for some websites that you can download sailor moon songs 4 free without iTunes, and can't find any... help me!! plz reply soon!!! thanks guys ;).....

There its free but you have to make an account its all free though i still have my account from ages ago.
And the songs are Japanese.... just search Google - Sailor Moon English songs download Free. You can search for Sailor Moon fan sites, e.g www.sailormooncenter.net - they may have lots of free stuff.
Or try www.beemp3.com there are loads on there..
