Question:
My iPod Touch is Connected to Wifi, but it's not working. The Pages won't load/refresh?

I have my own wifi router at my house that i use. And it was working just a few hours ago. I got on twitter, facebook, and safari and they wont load/refresh.

I got onto youtube and a little message popped up showing my available options of wifi to choose from as if my wifi had turned off and the only option was the one in my house (which is normal) but since its 'used to my ipod' it always automatically lets me join it but for some reason this time it made me type in the wifi password.

I had to go to my home office and read the password from the bottom of the router and type it in (since i don't have it memorized because it always automatically joins me to it like whenever i travel and come back home.).

It gave me wifi again but it wont let me use it. It shows i have wifi but it says unable to use. And i am unable to refresh any apps that require wifi such as twitter and facebook and i cant use safari or youtube!

I have no idea why this is happening! Please help!

1.Try resetting your network settings on your iPod (if you know all your wifi passwords) go into settings then general and find where it says reset network settings somewhere

2.Plug and then replug in your wifi router

After all this is done, reconnect to it on your iPod and it should work.

you do no longer ought to pay for internet on your touch. once you're in a close-by with a solid sufficient wifi sign, your ipod will connect quickly, or you may get right of entry to it below "settings." The sign desires to be somewhat greater advantageous than what's mandatory for a working laptop or computing gadget, so which you likely won't get internet everywhere.

Virus? Try to restore it.
