Question:
iPod Touch apps not working?

I just downloaded a few things onto my iPod Touch, Tap Tap Revenge, IMPlus, and AIM.
I can't make them work though? When I go to open it, it just closes again.
I have whatever the most up-to-date software is.
None of the default apps seem to be having troubles.

I have the exact same symptoms, and it just started today. A restore didn't fix the problem... I can't offer any help, but know at least you're not alone.

Edit: dannynmandys00's sync solution worked perfectly. Thanks a lot, dude(s)!

I have an iPod Touch, my brother has an iPhone.

We're both having the same problems with the apps we downloaded from the App Store.

We think there's an error with Apple, since we have different accounts but none of our apps have been working...

They stopped working maybe a week ago.

definite, all iPhone and iPod contact apps WILL run on an iPad, yet a number of them would run on an iPhone-sized exhibit screen on your iPad's exhibit screen (there's a 2X button that zooms to in high-quality condition yet each and every each and every so often the grapics are not all that tremendous.) some apps are what they call a common binary-- they run on both iPad and iPhone/iPod contact. So once you position in it on your iPhone, it runs in this style of way it fairly is perfect on the smaller exhibit screen and vice-versa. (contained in the iTunes save, those apps would have somewhat "plus" signal next to their fee.) nevertheless different APPS both can't be coded to run on both units or the builders see no reason now to not double-dip, so that you would might want to purchase an "HD" version of the app to make certain that it to run optimally on the iPad. wish this helps.

I tired the sync method but that didn't work for me. I downloaded new ones and click them to load, screen goes black like it's going to load and then it just goes back to the home screen.

If I do a restore, does it delete all the apps I downloaded and bookmarks I've saved to the home screen?

In iTunes, uncheck the apps and synch. Then check and synch again.

This worked for me.

I had tried a complete restore but that didn't work.

Yet another solution I saw was to delete the apps, and reinstall, or else search on iTunes for the apps and install from there. But try the synch method first.

Good luck
