mp3 player problem coby mp-822?

Question

Recently i received a coby mp-822 touchscreen video/mp3 player. Although the video playback works fine every time i try to play an mp3 it completely freezes up and i have to hot the little reset button underneath. I've tried reformatting and resetting the player to factory settings but it still hasn't fixed itself. can anyone help me fix this?

I can't answer your question but I'm having the same problem with my coby mp822 mp3 player. I haven't uploaded any videos but when playing an mp3 mine freezes up as soon as I select a song. For a couple of months it played okay. I can't count how many times I have reset mine and it still does the same thing. I called Coby's 800 number and the rep told me to reset it which I told him I already had many times. Basically, he couldn't help me and the website is no help. I have a feeling that this is a discontinued model. I even deleted all my songs, didn't have many on there, and uploaded a few songs and it still does it. I may have to try reformatting.

i had my coby mp3 which is 4GB, anyway, it has not turned on since i opened it, i tried to reset it multiple time and got the same result, it not turning on, what do i do?
